Could I get an Insurance Licensure in NV with a record of conviction in 2009?

I would like to find a new insurance company and would like to know when selecting a new company does the company have to come out and see the house? Or can you purchase a policy without someone coming to see the home?

Insurance Claim

I currently have a NC Adjusters license and now want to obtain a producers P & C License. Do I have to retest or am I exempt? I heard somewhere I cannot hold two licenses and if that is so do I turn one in for the other, for a fee I am sure?

What kind of success have you had by selling over the phone

Ive taken the classroom course through AD Banker for the CA P&C pre license and failed twice. I'm now thinking of signing up through prelicensetraining.com.

Can anyone give me advice as to which company I should re-sign with or if there is another company out there that is creditable.
