We've been suggested to apply for legal expenses insurance to resolve any
landlord-tenant disputes in the future. Is it really worthy of helping us under

It definitely offers some form of legal defense assistance. Yes, landlord-tenant problems are supposed to get covered under it. It's just one of the scenarios that come under this protection.

It's just one of the scenarios that come under this protection.
There are a number of reasons why you get such protection for yourself. It covers when your vacation gets spoiled. It also holds good under circumstances when you get a pink slip and that too without a proper explanation.
