Hi, I can understand your anxiety very well. You are about to take, perhaps, the most important decision about your future. But my dear, there is no one word solution to your question. You need to do your own bit of research to find out which suits you the best.
If you are out spoken and aggressive and have the ability to convince people you may succeed in marketing. On the other hand, if you love to deal with human beings, HR in your arena. Try to find out your knack and decide accordingly.
Presently, Human Resource management is rocking. But there are several other upcoming streams like- export import management, fashion management, advertising management, trade management and so forth which you may also like to explore.
Wish you all the best for your future.

Hi masti, welcome to the forums. The MBA degree in finance can help you immensely if you want to join the insurance industry in future. The global insurance industry is always in need of the qualified and adept professionals. But at the end of the day its purely your call, buddy.
You can also explore the wiki section of ampminsure. It may help you in the decision making. :)

I too am back in school. Most schools offer a dual major in accounting and finance for completing as little as 6 extra credit hours. That is a great bach to have heading into a grad program, it helps keep the doors wide open.

According to most people in power positions- a MBA degree is pretty much a waste of time and money. What are you paying for this degree? I guarantee that if you research this subject- you'll find that for the most part, MBAs are a waste...and I have one!
