I am visiting Ireland this May for some official purposes. It’d take just a week. I already have my tickets. I was wondering if travel insurance is really required. The several trips I made outside the US in past were all covered. But recently I read in a travel magazine that it is not at all necessary. What should I do?

I’m renting a villa just adjacent to the landlord’s. It’s just 2 months now that I’ve come to this new place. You could call me a weird fella since I keep some gentlemen whom other avoid. A big bend, a desert king, two checkered garter and 1 Texas patch nosed. These are all non-venomous snakes and never attack anyone in past. My landlord suddenly came to know about them and has asked me to throw them out or move out.

He said that previously a person with a dog was renting the place, which attacked a stranger and he sued the landlord.

A friend is an expert roofer and has offered to redo my roof. I agreed and bought the materials but found out his insurance coverage is through his regular job and would not cover him or his assistants while they work for me. I have no homeowners insurance. Can I buy insurance for the project, maybe as workers comp since they (3 or 4 persons) will be my employees for a couple of weeks (or less) I would not mind paying a month just in case someone was injured. Is there such insurance and how much is it?

My husband and I are planning a trip for Australia this fall but we are a bit confused about our travel insurance. I have come to know that most of the US citizens who are going for short-term travels are covered by their employer’s plans (health insurance). But since we will be quitting our jobs and spending almost 4months in travelling, we won’t be having the coverage of our employer’s health care. Getting a private one is not a big deal for us since we are both healthy enough. But would it cover our travel too?

We subscribed for a wedding insurance plan right before the incident was going to take place. But, unfortunately a devastating fire took place and the entire decoration was destroyed. Now the insurance company declined the coverage saying that the thing was done in a premeditated way, which is completely wrong. Should I seek guidance of a lawyer?

I have a Boa. His name is Daniel. He stays with us in the house like a regular guy. I want to insure him. Could anybody say which company offers such sort of coverage?

Is it CA. Insurance or otherwsie that if 'Partial damage' is sustained to one's aircraft which has a bank as the leinholder listed to require the check issued by the insurance company to be endorsed by both the clinet(insurer) and the Bank, but you must hand the check to the Bank to dole out the repairs to the repair facility. ?

Because of this, our aircraft has cost more on repairs, taken 82 days when it could have been handled directly in less than half the time period. The Bank were extremely slow in issuing checks to the repair facility taking as long as 23 days.

I am not very much aware from insurance so I want you all to give suggestion how I can choose best policy for our employee.
