Hola, its a great community to stumble upon. You guys are great with suggestions :D

Well, my question is that I'm really interested in becoming an insurance adjuster, but don't know how to approach. Currently I'm pursuing a graduate course in nutrition and dietaries. Can I become an adjuster by continuing my studies in this line? or, are there special courses that I need to study to become an adjuster?

All helps are welcome :) Tx,

Sabrina

Is mediation a good thing in resolving a insurance claim disagreement? How much does it cost? Do insurance companies ever accept mediation? What is the process? A few individuals say it a easy and non expensive way to put a side the disagreement? What kind of cases do mediation work? When would it be a good time for the claimant or attorney to ask for mediation? Are there any pros and cons? Who is present at the mediation? What kind of disputes can be best resolve by mediation? This ? I'm going to ask has nothing to do with mediation, but have any ever heard of cybersettle?

I wasn't sure where it post this so I am putting it here. Yesterday I slip and fell on a puddle of water at a nationwide large chain store. I told the manager and filled out the report. I wanted to know what my options are because last night I was doing ok but this morning I feel like a truck ran over me. Can someone help me?

I have heard that you can receive certain compensation from the state if you're temporarily out-of-work. But I don't know the details about it. If I can only manage to work part time for last six months, do I qualify for the benefits?
