Need Equipment Insurance for iOS Developers

Hi Everyone!

My company recently outsourced iOS developers from different Asian and European countries. It is basically a remote group of workers working on these top iOS app development languages for our forthcoming applications. Recruitment was an easy task but honestly, providing them with good equipment and health insurance like our other employees is hard.

Like the other remote workers, we didn't follow the typical path and funded them for working gadgets like laptops, ergonomic chairs, tables etc. But now we want insurance to avoid financial damages. Can we use any general cover for all of these workers?
 

Would we have to get insurance covers from these countries' local insurers? What do you say?
