Which Warnings About Super Tadapox Should Be Considered For People With Liver Disease?

Super Tadapox is a combination medication containing Tadalafil (20 mg) and Dapoxetine (60 mg), used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. For individuals with liver disease, using Super Tadapox requires caution due to how both drugs are processed by the liver.

Tadalafil and Dapoxetine are primarily metabolized by the liver enzymes (CYP3A4). In people with moderate to severe liver impairment, drug metabolism may be significantly slowed, leading to higher blood concentrations and increased risk of side effects such as low blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, and prolonged erections (priapism).

For this reason, Super Tadapox is not recommended for patients with moderate to severe liver disease (Child-Pugh class B or C). Even in mild liver impairment, a lower dose may be necessary, and only under a doctor’s supervision.

Dapoxetine, in particular, should be used with extreme caution, as its effects on serotonin and the central nervous system may be intensified in liver-compromised individuals.

Patients with liver disease should avoid self-medicating with Super Tadapox. A healthcare provider must evaluate liver function and determine whether either component is safe to use, or if alternative therapies are more appropriate.
