I had constant anxiety in the mornings and a desire to just hide. As a result, I started looking for tools that don't just "calm you down," but help you understand where it all comes from. There are mini-courses and a mood tracker that gradually shows you what exactly is bothering you. It's really gotten easier in a couple of weeks. I've finally begun to understand how anxiety is related to overload.
