Femalegra 100 mg contains Sildenafil, the same active ingredient as Viagra, and is used to treat female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD) and sexual dysfunction in women, though its use for women is less common than for men. Possible Side Effects of Femalegra (Sildenafil) Like other PDE5 inhibitors (such as Viagra or Cialis), Femalegra can cause a variety of side effects. Common side effects typically include: Headaches Flushing (redness of the skin) Dizziness or lightheadedness Nasal congestion Indigestion or upset stomach Vision changes (like blurred vision or a blue tint) Muscle Aches/Pains (Myalgia) While muscle aches or pains (myalgia) are not common with Sildenafil Femalegra 100 Mg mg they can occur in some individuals, although it is more commonly reported with Tadalafil (Cialis) than Sildenafil. Myalgia (muscle pain) can sometimes be a side effect of PDE5 inhibitors in general, particularly due to the relaxation of smooth muscles and the changes in blood flow these medications cause. However, muscle pain or aches are generally rare side effects and not one of the most common symptoms of Femalegra (Sildenafil). Why Might Muscle Aches Occur? The exact mechanism for muscle pain isn't fully understood but can be linked to: Vasodilation (the widening of blood vessels), which can affect blood flow to muscles and cause discomfort or pain in some individuals. Changes in blood pressure or circulation that might cause stiffness or muscle soreness.
