For individuals with stable, mild to moderate liver disease, Sildalist may be used cautiously, but only after medical evaluation and likely with dosage reduction and close monitoring. For those with severe liver impairment (e.g. cirrhosis, hepatocellular injury, decompensated disease), use is contraindicated due to risk of drug accumulation and serious side effects.

If you or someone you know has any liver condition, it’s essential to consult a healthcare provider. They can evaluate your liver function (e.g. ALT, AST, bilirubin levels), assess potential interactions with other medications, and determine whether an alternative treatment might be safer.
