Has anyone tried buying Instagram followers at $1 packages?

I keep seeing these packages floating around where they promise you can buy followers for only $1. Part of me thinks it’s a complete scam — how can anyone deliver real accounts for such a tiny price? On the other hand, I know some people use follower packages just to make their profiles look less empty. I’m hesitant to try it because I don’t want to throw away money, even if it’s just a dollar. But I’m curious if anyone here has tested it and what the results were. Did you actually get followers that stayed, or did they disappear immediately?
