Yes, Kamagra, which contains sildenafil citrate, can sometimes cause vision problems in certain individuals. This happens because Kamagra works by increasing blood flow through the widening of blood vessels, including those in the eyes. While most users tolerate the medication well, some may experience temporary visual side effects such as blurred vision, increased sensitivity to light, or a bluish or greenish tint to vision. These effects usually occur because sildenafil slightly inhibits an enzyme in the retina called PDE6, which is important for normal visual processing.

In rare cases, more serious but uncommon vision issues may occur, such as sudden vision loss in one or both eyes due to a condition called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
