Extra Super Zhewitra is not used for pulmonary hypertension. Let me explain clearly What is Extra Super Zhewitra? It’s a combination medication that contains: Vardenafil (20 mg) for erectile dysfunction (ED) Dapoxetine (60 mg) for premature ejaculation (PE) Together, these drugs help men achieve and maintain erections and delay ejaculation. It is marketed for sexual performance enhancement, not heart or lung conditions.  Why it's not for pulmonary Extra Super Zhewitra : Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is treated with certain PDE-5 inhibitors like: Sildenafil (Revatio) Tadalafil (Adcirca) These help reduce blood pressure in the lungs. But vardenafil (the active ED drug in Zhewitra) is not approved or widely used for PAH treatment. Also: Dapoxetine has no role in treating PAH at all. Using Extra Super Zhewitra for PAH is not medically appropriate or safe. Important: Using ED drugs off-label for PAH can be risky. PAH is a serious cardiovascular condition and requires proper treatment under supervision of a cardiologist or pulmonologist. Self-medicating with ED pills like Zhewitra for this purpose is not safe.
