Hello all,
Can any one please explain me the process and guidelines that will be followed when two insurance firms are syndicated. i.e, For ex: If Aviva is syndicated with Barclays, so that if any customer comes to Barclays to take some loan they may also refer that they can take a protection on this loan from aviva and hence barclays can process the application as if it was processed by aviva..

I would like to make a suggestion that we as a community (the admins really) do one of two things…Either come out loud and clear proclaiming this site dedicated to insurance querys regarding insurance in the US and the USA only…OR add another discussion topic for ‘’ALL" questions regarding insurance OUTSIDE the US…Then we mods can dump all of those threads in that area…and anyone with the knowledge about that particular country can answer those questions…

I'm a life and health agent in Louisiana who has been a captive agent in the past and is now independent. My main focus has been the Senior market and Medicare Supplements as well as Medicare Advantage and Part D, but I am looking to expand into life and eventually LTCi, possibly annuities, etc.

I look forward to learning some things here and contributing when able.
