With a Democratic Prez and Democratic congress the current Estate Tax Law will sunset on December 31st 2010 which will cause my business interests to explode.

Below are actual numbers of a home in foreclosure.

April 1 1998, homeowner buys home with $70,000, 1st mortgage.

January 26th 2004, refinances, with $105,400, 1st mortgage.

Homeowner pulled $35,400 cash out of home.

February 19th 2005, obtains home equity loan of $21,000

Homeowner has now pulled $56,400 out of home.

December 12th 2005, homeowner replaces (paid off) the $21,000 home equity loan with a $70,000 home equity loan. Netted another $49,000 out of home.

Received and email today that they needed 2 "volunteers"... if you could not volunteer you were suppose to explain why (I think that means, "you volunteered, you volunteered", etc).

Three people in my state and 1 will be picked. One person has vacation planned during that time and the other has been with the company for about 4 months. They will let us know 9/19 and we'd leave on 9/20. Just 2 weeks in OH. If I go at least I'll learn how to write property estimates.

hello, ya'll. Sorry I've been away for so long. I've been having some dental issues.......had a severely impacted/infected tooth. Sure was in alot of pain!! GEEZ!! Now I'm feeling better...finally. So I was going to vote for Obama for selfish business reasons because no doubt he will allow the Federal Estate Tax exemption to be set at $1 million dollars in 2011.

That virtually guarantees many, many, many more baby boomers will have a Federal Estate Tax problem which will cause my business interests to explode.

On the other hand, Sarah is the ONLY breath of fresh air.

What do we do and how do we do it? Is there any purchase necessary or any investment required? Do we get involved in all aspects listed above or just what we are interested in?
