I am a 1099 producer with out a contract. My employer has decided she no longer wants producers...has stopped paying me, I have no access to files etc. etc. Anyone have experience with this...?? Sue, small claims court, just start over, any info will be appreciated.

I have tried a bunch of search terms on Google to try and find some sort of a "list" of paid off homes in a specified area so I can do some marketing via snail mail...I cannot for the love of life find any way of getting a list of paid off homes...does anyone have any ideas?

I live in the uk and recently tried to claim for some money that was stolen from my wife's bag (it was small winnings accrued from bingo)I was told that it is being refused because she cant produce a bank statement for it and I also have to phone a call centre in India to complain and it is difficult to be understood
