Happy Holidays to all of you. Along with the holidays comes a lot of stress, so you need to take time to unwind and save yourself some health issues later down the road. Here are some things I do.

1. Start shopping early, if you start the day after Christmas, you will find better bargains. You will save a ton of money, you will of course need to put it all away till next year. But you can get a lot of shopping done way in advance and at a lower price.
