Help against Cinergy Health Inc.

I was scammed by them, to the tune of >10,000. I have run out of ideas on what I can do to help myself. Time Magazine did contact me, and I helped Kate Pickert write her article featuring Cinergy Health and the horrible things they are getting away with. However, now that the public is being warned, what help is there for the victims (pre-warning).
