If you don't know, what makes you think anyone else would know? We are not your insurance company.
You could check your bank records for the name of an insurance company to whom you paid money. Or you could wait to receive a billing/cancellation notice in a few days/weeks/months.
FYI -- your duplicate post with a telephone number has been deleted. DO NOT POST such personal information on a public forum such as this -- it is not safe to do so.

You don't seem to understand . . . we cannot help you to remember what YOU have forgotten. There are thousands of insurance companies around the world that you may have done business with. I suppose you could call every one of them and ask until you find the right one. Starting with A and ending with Z.
How do you even know you have insurance?
This may help:
How did you get the insurance in the first place? From an agent, from the bike dealer, online, by mail? If through the Suzuki dealer, ask them. If through an agent, ask him. As has already been suggested, check your credit card or bank statements for the company to whom you paid your premium.
Other than that, you can simply wait a few months until your insurance is about to expire -- they will send you a renewal notice -- unless you moved and forgot to give them your change of address.
