I collected both benefit for the past months. I just realize that I may be wrong. What should I do? Return money to long-term insurance company or the state government? I found the LTD policy says any unemployment benefit is deductible income.

20 weeks pregnant with twins, how can one get SSDI?

My fiance swears that every mom of twins or other multiples he's ever known has gotten Social Security Disability, but he doesn't know how they've done it. I'm 20 weeks pregnant with twins. I usually substitute teach, but don't like doing so (too much stress and I have to wait 4 or more hours before the kids are somewhere else so I can use the restroom and it's going to get more difficult for me as I get larger). I've been looking for other employment for the past 8 months and substitute teaching is all I've been able to find.

Americo Financial Life Inc Reviews

Insurance companies in America are one of the worst violators of fraud.

Take Americo - they teach their agents to misrepresent themselves to sell extremely expensive life insurance policies and commit fraud. In fact it seems to be the industry standard. Almost all life insurance companies have been sued for fraud in one form or another. Americo, however, is one of the worst.

Here's the kicker...

THESE INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE MAKING A PROFIT OFF BEING SUED!!

Are our children eligible for payments under the SSI. If they're, then how should we go about it? I'm not really aware of the SSI disability rules.

Do I have a right to this info

I have been receiving disability benefits since 2006 as a result of neuro deficits related severe migraines. SSD gave me disability on the first go round. It is my former employer that I am starting to have problems with. Apparently, there is a clause that if my neuro deficits in any way are caused by a mental health issue they can stop payment. They forced me to undergo a neuropsych exam. Being a nurse, this test is not a good indicator for this although time and time again insurance companies utilize this test.
