I am currently pregnant and my due date is Sep end 2013 and I am on H1-B visa. I wanted to know if I resign from my job by June end, 2013 and come on H4 visa status, will I be still eligible to get all short term disability insurance amount.

My employer no provide me or any employee from disability insurance how can i buy disability insurance?

I had a workers comp case which lasted four years ended May of 2012 . I'm currently on disability work status ..I'm still employed with my company with no breaks- continues employed . My .doctor just released me back to work full duty no restrictions. My job informed me I might be terminated due to they have filled my position. Will I be able to collect unemployment ?
