I want a CRM app with mobile auto dialer with a dashboard management system.my agents calling system go mobile and they can send me their report from any place. And a dash Board system to see agents working.

What is the passing score in a State exam In CA
for L&H Agent ??

I was convicted of a felony in CT because of DUI's. From 2008 until 2011 I was arrested and convicted of 3 DUI's which constitutes a felony. The last conviction was in 2011. I have been sober for two years, am able to appeal to reinstate my driver's license this October through the DMV (January 2013 the CT DMV reduced the 6 yrs loss of driver's license to 2 yrs), and am also able to terminate my probation (which is suppose to exist until 2015) as my P.O. agreed to terminate me as soon as I complete my community service.

I’m completely new to the world of insurance and have just passed the Texas all-lines test. By this weekend I’ll be sending all the paperwork to the state. What should be my next step when they send me back the certificate? Is it the real insurance adjuster license?

Could anyone give answer to the following questions about the NJ life and health insurance exam?

1) How many questions to answer?
2) Exam stretches?

I was just checking with a few carriers and found that I can check and even purchase policies through their interactive online systems. So I was just wondering if insurance agents really necessary. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have my P&C license. I took the course for life and disability. Is this going to help me or do I have to get health also since i have completed that 52 hours of life and disability.

I am in the market to change from being with Allstate in GA, to the next 3 choices,
State Farm (tons of monies and training but you dont own your book), Farmers (new in GA with good monies and training, you own your own book), or Independant, I have a large network of people that will follow me in the next 6 months, I would love your gutt reaction if you were in my shoes? thks!

This stemmed from a social network conversation i had with one of my daughters friends. I asked some personal questions on her experience with boys since my daughter was starting to spend more time with her. I was trying to see what my daughter could be exposed to. This conversation was turned in to the police by my niece who was trying to get back at me for having my parents stop paying her cell phone bill. The whole situation sucked but I had ran out of money on lawyer fees and had to plea out.

Will this cause my Life & Health insurance licences to not be renewed?

I have plans to be an Agent for an Independent Insurance Agency after passing the P&C / L&H state exams. The agency I'm interested in working for has offered to pay 75% to me for new business, and 65% for residuals. I'll be a 1099, not an employee. Although the company is doing some advertising, I'm counting solely on myself to generate leads.

I have a few questions.

- Is this commission split a good deal for me, or should I try to negotiate?

- Should I ask for agreement that if I leave the agency, that I continue to receive my residuals?
