I was convicted of an auto theft back in 2004 and a felony gun charge back in 2005, will this prevent me from obtaining my license?

I've just finished my grad studies from Ohio State University and now thinking of becoming an insurance professional with a specialization in Car insurance (I've heard they earn more). Do I need to attain any specific course? Please help.

I had a life insurance license, but it expired in 2010. What would be the benefit of otaining a temporary insurance life, accident & health license until I take the course and exam again.

I am having a hard time passing the Life & Health Exam for Ohio.. I do fine with the life part but the annuities part I am having a issue with.. Any suggestions on what to do to get a better understanding of the annuities part of the test?

I have a quick question and I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm looking to get my license to sell insurance. I do have a couple opportunities which I would love to take advantage of but I don't know if I will get denied when I go to take my test. I have no felonies on my record however I do have a charge that I'm really worried about. Back almost 20 years ago I was charged and arrested for misdemenor embezzlement. I stole from the company I worked for, it was less than $200. I paid the fine and did the year probation.

I PLEAD GUILTY TO A FELONY CHARGE FOR MISSING TRUST FUNDS FROM OUR INSURANCE PREMIUM ACCOUNT IN 2007...I HAVE RECENTLY REAPPLIED FOR MY LICENSE AND NYS IS GIVING ME A HARD TIME EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MET ALL THEIR REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING A CERTIFICATE OF RELIEF FROM DISABILITIES FROM THE COURTS...I AM NOT SURE HOW TO PROCEED...ALL PREMIUMS WERE PAID BACK AT TIMEOF SENTENCING...HELP ? CAN I BE LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE ? AND IF SO WHICH STATE.

I have my life/health license along with my series 6 and series 63, I managed a hedge fund however lost a significant amount of money and may lose my series 6 and 63. Will this impact my life/health license? Any help would be greatly appreciated
