My name is Benjamin Hunsaker and I am the founder of NanoHawk Insurance (http://www.NanoHawkInsurance.com). In 2009 I purchased individual health insurance and was provided an abundance of bad information that cost me big. As a result, I decided to get licensed to protect people like me from agents like mine.

My wife delivered both of my 2 children with many complications. My daughter was born at 30 weeks and spent 7 weeks in the NICU. My son was also complicated, but thankfully he made it to term and was released from the hospital without NICU time.

My tentative start date is October 1st with a major insurance company. Between now and 10/1/12 I have to get licensed and get so many people into the office to sign policies. I need a certain amount of life policies and a certain amount of auto policies.

True Insurance Professionals have a great respect for the industry and we are getting real tired of having to clean up the messes of the agents out there just trying to make a "quick buck". Stop it, educate yourself and bring your valuable knowledge to the table of your prospect. You will find success for the long term, a true foundation...not a house of cards. Have respect for the industry and yourself. I know that there are many agents out there that have been misled by certain organizations, IMOs etc.

Can you lose your insurance license for giving false name at a traffic stop.

we are in CA and we have a relative of the seller of the business that we just purchased that went down the street and opened a competing business using the family name in her business name, and also took some of the employees. This is an insurance business in both cases. She has recently been charged and arrested by the state of CA for a different business (environmental) Her and her husband now have criminal and civil charges against them from the state. Damages estimated by the state are over $1M. I want to let the insurance commissioner know of the charges. 1.

I have a felony that is 19 years old.It was for drug trafficing.Will this prevent me from obtaing an insurance license in Ohio?

I took the test yesterday, The score is 80%, I thought I pass the test, but the result is FAIL, How come and I have no idea what is passing score in NEW JERSEY. Please help! and thank you!
