for a P&C Agent... The base salary is 25,000 plus commission. Commission paid on new business is 25% and renewal is 15% -- Is this good? What can I expect to make in commission each month?

I was invited to their webinar with their boast of topnotch company and leads already done by administrators. They have preset appointments assigned to you which allegedly makes potential prospect familar with who will be coming. Checking closer, they have undisclosed upfront money required and leads aren't free either. They suggest 12 to 14 hr days of appts preset for you 60 to 90 miles away. Whata is your take?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could share their experience working as an Allstate Agent,what you like or dislike about the company.

I had read that you must have a Passing score on company administered Agent Selection Questionnaire, does this apply to agency owners, employees, or both?

I am thinking about taking a job working in a local office but I have heard pros and cons about the company. Any information would be helpful.
