Whats a starting insurance office business distribution for the 1st year on average between auto , home and commercial?

Is it bad for an insurance agent to work from home?
Does it affect his career interests?

what carriers are giving or granting appointments to agents with bad credit, bankruptcies, etc.

I work with an agency and I sell medicare advantage plans. I buy, my own leads. I am a little taken off with the amount of commisssion the agency brings in on renewals. On renewals I get 30 and the agency gets 15. Is that a good number? It just gets me because I buy my own leads. Thanks

What are the best ways to improve your client retention scheme as an insurance agent?

I heard that Northwest Mutual places a upper limit on the number of active customers an agent can have; 400. Is this true?

If so what do they do with policy number 401?
