State Farm Business Proposal - The Pros and Cons

Hi,

I am a successful businessman who has been focused on the wireless industry exclusively for past 13 years. Business has done well, but I am about to sell, and looking at opportunities in the insurance industry. I have been in contact with State Farm, and am currently going through the process of submitting my state farm business proposal to the next level. I am wondering if I can get some solid advice. I HAVE to be successful at whatever I do. The question is, how good would state farm be to me. Please advise.

Hi,
I broke my hand after I slipped down inside my office premises, while RETURNING after having my lunch at wendys. I was informed that I was not eligible for workers compensation as I was out for lunch at that time. Is there something I could do? The workers compensation documentation is too general in its mentioning of employee rights.
Please let me know.

exclusion clause

Do exclusion caluses on life insurance contracts really work in India (from the insurer's point of view).

for example, If I am an insurer and apply an exclusion on, say blindness resulting from any condition, while issuing a critical illness cover (which covers blindness), can the insured party stand to claim on any grounds when he becomes blind? How would the ombudsman treat it if the insured filed a petition to win the claim? Are there any chanes of him winning?
