Regarding Med Pay, can I douple dip in my jurisdiction

Incident occurred at an hotel in Nevada. I live in California. I have been receiving Med pay from the hotel's policy. My insurance company has also paid the providers. Do I have to pay back the money my insurance company has paid the provider or can I "double dip" and keep the money? My Nevada lawyer says to pay back the money. My California lawyer says no. What say you??

A retired pilot no longer has a license to fly, but has a plane that other pilots fly on occasion with his permission. The owner has no insurance on the plane because he is not licensed himself. Recently a licensed pilot borrowed his plane and took another passenger for a ride. The plane crashed killing both the pilot and passenger. What is the owner of the plane's liability?

After just facing our first total loss, I am beginning to realize the differences that states have in their insurance laws/regs.

My wife and I are both active duty Military. We own property in our home state (MT) and are stationed in another, (AL).

We have insurance with USAA on our house in MT, renter's insurance in AL, and auto insurance in AL.

Insurance Company "Issues"

Insurance company employees take a little heat from those outside the industry as being bias. While I tend to disagree 1) I think it can be true to a certain degree and 2) I can fully understand that point of view.

So I thought perhaps it might be good to start a thread (I'm sure it will be brief) about things that insurance people see insurance companies do (practices) that we don't agree with or are just wrong.

I'll start with something related to the thread that made me think about this...

laid off from full time and keep my part T. qualify 4 unempl

I currently have a full time and a part time job in Illinois.. My part time pays me less than half (hourly pay) from my first job.

My question is, if I get laid off from my first job but I keep my part time job, do I qualify for unemployment??

Some one told me that I still do, but they'll just match whatever hours you're short to complete your 40 hrs. Which make no scence to me because I can collect more money if I quit my part time job as well.. I'm I wrong??

Any adjusters here, have an opinion on using an online company such as SettlementCentral that specializes in offering forms, and template letters to use as a source of reference for settlement help in lieu of using attorneys? They claim to be made up of ex insurance claims adjusters and physicians. Ever dealt with a claimant using their forms?

High I am new here.
I am small TV serial producer. I wanna insure my upcoming television program on national channel. I never had thought of insurance earlier for these projects but during this last bailout issues, advertisement rates got affected the most. And by the way this is a high business, but my reputation is quite good in this business. Can I have any insurance schemes?
