I interviewed with a company that contacted me from my online resume. There were about 20 people at the pre-interview. Then we interviewed 1 on 1. The interviewer gave me some paperwork information about license2go, and told me to get back with them after I got my license. The next day I got a" thank you for your interest but we hired someone else email"

I left insurance a few years back to focus on online ventures. As interesting as insurance is, I've focused my efforts on select website projects. My problem is time. I simply don't have as much time as I would like to devote to my insurance website.

I've been meaning to join the forums here at ampminsure for a while now. I began as a life and health insurance agent in Florida back in 2007, and I relocated to Tennessee in 2008. I later acquired my property and casualty license a few months later (now have all lines covered), so there's a lot of information I've managed to collect over this time period.
I just received a copy of Consumer Checkbook, a division of Consumer Reports which is regional and rates services. I found out about it from a customer a few years ago who came in to show me that my body shop was rated #1 in my area. The latest volume includes a rating of auto insurers. It's worth reading.
