My house became unlivable due to damage and had to live out. The Insurance Company making excuses not to settle the case for 8 months and I have been paying rent all this time yet the Insurance Company paid me nothing.

I also continued paying the premiums on the house all through this 8 months; Can I stop this payments?

I have been without a Virginia license for 3 years and am currently trying to get it reinstated, but I am unable to find a company to insure me. Is there any way to get insured?

I got a dui 3 years ago, did not get an interlock system, did not get a restricted license, still drove, was found driving on a suspended license several times, was found driving without a license twice, and had my license revoked several times for the unpaid court costs that resulted from the tickets. I have -40ish points on my record.

Had an argument with my spouse. Got loud. Spouse called the police. When they arrived spouse said they did not want to file charges. Police said they had to arrest someone because of the OJ law. Was given probation and counseling. Completed everything. Had record expunged in 14.

I have elapsed on my car insurance. I got in a wreck and it was no my fault. However, at the time of the wreck i was uninsured. Yes, I know this wad irresponsible of me. After the wreck I was able to get only liability insurance. Do I tell my financed company ? There is only rear damaged but not bad. Will they take my car from me? Will my GAP insurance help me?

I am storing my vehicle for six months in my garage in CA when I return to my primary residece in WA. Is comp-only insurance enough coverage?

THE INSURANCE HAS WROTE THE CLAIM CHECK DIRECTLY TO THE SHOP AND IN THE SHOPS NAME ONLY EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED THAT THEY SEND THE CHECK TO ME ONLY.

I borrowed my daughters car (insured by her, in December 2015. On January 8th she put the car in my name (still insured by her). On 1/29/2016 I had an accident before I had the car insurance transferred to my insurance policy. Am I covered by either insurance company?

I have a 2004 BMW 530i that I rear ended someone in and my insurance wants to total the car because the repairs exceed 50% of the value but its only cosmetic basically. It's only the hood, lights, and front bumper plastic skirt but being a BMW the lights alone are $1500. each and hood is $1400. , I still owe $12000. to the finance company and my "full coverage" only covers up to $10,000, so I'm looking at around a $6500. loss including my $2500. down payment...My insurance wont let me cancel my claim and doesn't want to let me buy it back what are my options?
