I have a 7 year old domestic violence misdemeanor for Florida and I'm in Texas now and I am going to apply for the casualty and property license. Will the misdemeanor affect it?

I was recently in an accident relatively minor but my car ended up taking more damage than the other vehicle.

So after a slight off put experience from the other policyholders company, I am pleased to say that they just accepted full liability after my constant hounding in making sure things were getting done.

I dont have a car right now but borrow friends and families cars and i just want to make sure that everything would be ok if something did happen

Thank you for allowing me on this forum. I have a 2011 Kia forte, 2010 Tacoma and a 2004 hydai Elantra. I was with an Insurance Company since 1988. I live in NJ, My premium for years and years has been around $5,000. I called the company yesterday and asked why it was so high. Agent looked some things up and said "1988? thats an old policy. you need to cancel that policy and make a new one. The new policy for the same coverage is $2,200. I overpaid thousands and thousands of dollars all these years. I have put new cars on, renewed my policies each year and no one told me I was overpaying.

example if I had a clain for 10000 less deductible 1000 = 9000

insurance issued check for 6000 held back 3000 now work is completed I showed invoice for 6000 is that acceptable or do I need work to total 9000?

Why should I purchase a Travel Protection Plan when I have other coverage? What is the difference?

While driving on the freeway, a tire (and rim) came off a camper and hit my car. There wasn't any real structural damage, just body damage. The owners of the camper had insurance, which sent me a check in the amount of the estimated damages. I dropped my car off at a collision shop associated with the local BMW dealership for repair. The repairs are subpar--paint doesn't match, overspray, paint dribbles, new scratches on the exterior and also spray on the interior. They have had my car for over a month.

If i hold a P&C Agents license in NC can i also hold an Adjusters License? I can't seem to locate the info on the NCDOI's Website.
