What is the difference between bodily injury liability coverage and medical payments coverage?

Our Toy Hauler was a total loss, we knew it as soon as it flipped over. The problem is the was the claim is being handled. The insurer uses Mitchell valuation. It sets a price for our camper, then gives us 2 comparison camper prices. The way it is supposed to work it the comparison camper has a NADA Value, then from that value, Mitchell subtracts options that our totaled camper does not have. For example they subtracted $800 for Diamond Plate, $3200 for a Generator and so on. The issue is, our camper has those same options and some that the comparison campers do not.

Why can't I get a copy of my Auto policy. All the agent will give me is the 1 page declaration page.

Now they want me to pay them back the 331.79 x 10 months, from Aug.2014 to May 2015; since I bought my own H06 for 692/yr. in June 2015
