I am working at a time an insurance company where if I continue to do well I will get promoted to a insurance agent or an account manager where I will need to apply for my state licenses.
These are my only two offenses and I have a lawyer on it. My lawyer said most likely it will be dropped to a stay of adjucation where the charges are dismissed if I'm good for a year. My question is that once I get this account manager position or sales role will it hinder my licensening? Do I have to say yes if I was charged?
