So I've been searching a lot online, went through the whole directory on the insurance site of CA. Found that the costs vary pretty widely, from about $75 to $300 for the 52hr course! So I've narrowed it down to four under $100 and would like your feedback on each, as well as any additional tips on passing the exam :)

Looking to possibly obtain a position with a financial institution which requires licensing.

I am getting my insurance licenses and this is a company I am considering in partnering with. They are a franchise with no up front, or monthly cost. They work with a commission split of about 60/ 40. Agent owns the book.
Any information or feedback is greatly appreciated.

I was arrested to petti theft (under $100) which is a misdemeanor 2ND degree. I have not received my court date yet. So the case is still open. Do I report it and if so can I still get the 215 license ?

I am curious, having done such work before for larger national firms, which often get contracted by carriers to perform field inspections on insured properties en masse.

Full disclosure...I am both a licensed home inspector in my home state of Louisiana as well as a licensed adjuster in multiple states, with over 10 years' experience. I am well aware that in many cases, completely unqualified individuals are being paid paltry fees to do this type field work and actually make recommendations that result in significant and unnecessary cost(s) to policyholders.

So I'm trying to obtain a property and casualty license & a life and health license in the state of NV, I do have misdemeanors for coercion and domestic battery, but it was domestic battery and a higher charge that was dropped to coercion.

I need good companies to offer homeowners through and good companies that offer all ( auto, home, business, etc.). I am in NC. I am working in an office but I am independent with chance of partnering as after a year. I need good companies to get appointed with on my own.

Secondly, should I get my own fed tax id number and establish my name. I am working completely on my own with all profits as mine.

I am new independent agent who just left state Farm after 12 years. I am seeking to offer p/c including homeowners and business insurance. Any recommendations for companies to get appointed with that service NC?

I have a petit larceny misdemeanor will I have a chance at getting my P&C license. Or should I not bother go through the process.
