My name is Ryan, and I've been an Independent Agent for nearly 2 years now. I was a captive agent for nearly 7 years before making the leap. I'm hoping to use this forum as a means to gather more knowledge and build on my success.

We have taken out RV insurance to cover anything that could go wrong with the RV ( Appliances or motor vehicle related.)
In order for the insurance to be valid we have to change the oil etc and also some other things like changing the oil in the rear end of the motorhome. We have done all the required maintenance as stated in the policy and proof of that.

My mother purchased two annuities several years before her death. When she opened them she put her trust as the sole beneficiary and then five days later changed both annuties and named my sister as sole beneficiary. I have learned on the web that annuity benficiaries are very hard to challenge. Are their any circumstances where it can be challenged. My mom was always very adamant about every sibling getting an equal share (which is stated in her will and her trust). But my greedy sister is planning on taking the money from both and not sharing any of it with her four brothers.

i have never been in an acc. were i was hurt before until aweek ago , both vel. were totaled and the other drivers ins. is taking 100% il i already recived a check for my pickup and was a very good sttlement. but i have a broken left ulna witch required surgery last fri for a plate and screws , i am left handed and my job demands that i use my hands (carpenter) , im not looking to get rich or screw anyone im just looking for a reasonable p&s number. the insurance co.
