hey everyone, i just signed up to this site and looking to learn more about insurance and make some connections.

Why would you pay extra $$ for a replacement cost policy?
Well first It is great in the event you have to make a claim, because you get ACV-deductible-depreciation= your check, then after repairs are made you get back the depreciation, but becareful of all the fine print and loop holes. ASK your question BEFORE getting any policy.
or you might not get any of the recoverable depreciation back

Can an employer be the beneficiary of a life insurance of an employee. Can someone get a life insurace for their employee.

Fellow Life and Health Insurance Agents, beware of email adds from BEST LEAD Company of Granbury Texas - sent by a guy named Greg Horne.
He promises to deliver leads his company allegedly develops using an auto-dialer and then converts any responses over to the agent who purchases so many lead - paid in advance. The problem is, he only takes prepayment by CHECK and charged me $25 per lead, and I ordered 10 leads. That was over 2 -1/2 months ago and refuses to deliver as ordered.
