How do these identity thieves work out their plans?

I was really shocked to read about identity thefts in the past but that was quite case specific.

So, would like to know more..

Afterall, human is a human. A truck driver dashed a child while driving by mistake. People caught & smashed him. They burnt the truck. This is a very commonly observed incidence. It happens with us on small bike but may not result into such disaster of someone. How much is driver or his family or the insurance company wrong?

On the Topic : "Advice to people involved in an accident #2" I noticed that after my first Post it listed my dollars earned as $40.27.

I had Post several more times on that page and the next, yet I'm still listed as $40.27??

Each time I Submit a Post a page lists the post as earning around $0.23 for that post. Yet the total stays un-changed??

Is that normal?
