my wife is "the owner" of a life insurance policy where I'm the INSURED. Now we are having some family problems and I want to change the beneficiaries. What can I do? Is she the only allowed to decide?Thanks

can a West Virginia insurance agent with a license keep it with a dui?

In ky.. i rear ended a woman . called police.. no injury.. minor damage..like less than my deductible. we decided that if it was less i would pay out of pocket.. i tried for weeks to get her to send pictures, info about car make/model, color and to set up a repair time.. she replied with small talk.. then i sent my last message begging to get this handled because the stress was making me sick.. no reply.. for two months. this morning she sent a text saying that she wants it done now and that her insurance co. has a 1200 estimate for a bumper cover! my issue is...

I am currently with progressive and they will not let me add him(my son) to my policy because he lives with my sister to go to a better school I need to find an insurance company that will insure us both on the same policy. I hope you can give m e some answers and I want to thank you in advance.

My wife has always insisted to included her name in my auto insurance but I overlooked. While she was driving with me this weekend a speeding truck came before and she shaken by the thing broke into a small pool. Now the car has suffered some damages. Will my insurance company pay for the damages? I've basic auto insurance as per state law.

I received a Felony dui in 2007 I wasn't done with all the requirements until 2009 and I did some training previously with AD Banker. I would like to get an insurance license. I just wanted to see if the felony dui would prevent me from obtaining my license in Kansas. I have paid the expungement fee however I was under the impression it went off my conviction date but it goes off the date I was released from probation which is 2009 and in Kansas I have to wait 5 yrs I am not eligiable for expungement until Feb of 2014. Will this prevent mefrom getting my license before it is expundged?

My truck was parked at the curb and was hit by a hit and run driver the police made a report and then the owner called the insurance company and told them her car was stolen but didn't let the police know until 3 days later when she filed a police report for the stolen car...now her insurance company is refusing to pay for my truck which was totaled out....does this sound right that the insurance company says that they won't pay.....Thanks so much in advance

I was involved in an accident in KS. MY insurance is from Missouri, the party that rear-ended me is from Oklahoma. My ? is what state does the diminished value claim go?State Farm is the party that rear-ended me's insurance company. The are using the infamous rule 17c to settle my DV claim. My car's damage was 9600, it is a 2011 Charger. Before accident Value is 21,000 (according to SF, as they sent the estimation they used to come up with $1,000 DV. I had my car appraised by CarMax @ $12,000.The DV value is Approx. $7,000.
