Hi members,

I was backing up from my parking lot and i saw a car in the drive way backing up at the same time, so i hit the breaks and honked. But the other driver came and hit. My car rear bumper paint got scrapped all along, which is clearly evident in the pics we took. But the other driver is blaming me and claiming for my insurance. Who is at fault and how the insurance adjuster will decide whose fault is it?

Few years ago, my husband sold his car with auto loan remaining and he did not transfer the title to the buyer. He and buyer did not go to the bank or did not set up the escrow contract. He only sent the bank the letter to transfer title to the buyer by fax.
Several months ago, my husband received the notice from the bank said that my husband had not paid money for the car. At that time, my husband told the bank to take the car back from the buyer

My claim has been approved and I will soon receive the check for the actual cash damages. But I'd like to wait a year or so to actually have the repairs done so that I can wait to pay the deductible. Is this possible?

Does PIP extend only for your insured state or all no-fault states?

Does it over your family household?

I was told it was 90 days, does anyone know what the rules are for investigating claims?

If it matters, im in NJ.

MY LICENSE IS SUSPENDED UNTIL JULY 2013 DUE TO A DUI. MY INSURANCE COMPANY JUST INFORMED ME THEY ARE DROPPING ME IN 3 WEEKS. CAN I STILL GET INSURANCE WITH NO LICENSE I HAVE A LOAN ON THIS CAR. I LIVE IN NJ I EVEN TRIED NJCURE BUT THEY TURNED ME DOWN

4 months ago my handicap van was stolen, it was recovered a couple of days later about a mile from my home. The side door is wide open and won't close and the lift is broken. My ins. co. investigated and is refusing to settle my claim, saying that the van could not have taken without the the key. I told them my keys were accountted for, but over 2 dozen different people had driven me around over the past two years giving them access to my keys now my insurance co. wants me to give a third statement to their lawyers.

My neice was hit and run while parked on the street. No info was left and the cops wouldn't come out. Can she sue her own INS. co??
