Cost for Repairs

I ran into my neighbors car that was parked in the street causing $700.00 damage which my insurance carrier covered.

My insurance more than doubled even though no tickets or accidents in 18 years. The accident that happened 18 years ago was NOT my fault. A driver with a REVOKED license ran into the back of me.

Anyway, my insurance company stated when the renewal came up, (2 months later), it would more than double.

Just under 2 years ago (~23 months), I was involved in a minor car accident with my stepdad's car, in which I was at fault (rear-ended someone). Their SUV barely had a scratch, but my car, being lower to the ground than his, dealt more damage. Since I was a very infrequent driver, and didn't even live at home, I was never put on my stepdad's insurance (I was 18 at the time, and this would have been very expensive, considering I seldom borrowed the car [and again, i did not live at home]). Police did arrive on scene since they were stationed across the street, but no report was filed.

My husband was injured in a car accident in October, we have sent medical bills to Progressive Insurance repeatedly and the adjuster refuses to return our calls. This certainly does not reflect well on Progressive Insurance Co.

Who pays Medical bills? rental insurance or my insurance?

There seems to be discrepancy with the rental car company & my insurance company regarding who is going to pay some of the medical bills.

Would i be able to negotiate with the at-fault drivers insurance while the medical bills get sorted it?

I got into my first car accident back in September:
I was driving on the curve stretch of a 2-lane, 2-way street (speed limit ~40mph) late at night when a car coming from the opposite direction swerved into my lane.
To avoid collision, in the spur of the moment I quickly turned my wheels right, ended up hitting the sidewalk, and the airbags popped.
There was no collision with the other vehicle, which drove off without stopping.

My vehicle was a theft total loss. My insurance company (via 3way telephone ) called for pay off. The insurance company paid that amount, the lien holder cashed the check. Two months later the lien holder said they made a mistake with the quoted pay off. And now have contacted me for the remaining balance. I am responsible for the additional amt

My car was hit by a cart while I was shopping. I had parked away from everone else but one other vehicle that was one space apart from my car. When I came out 10 minutes later, there was a cart laying on it's side next to my car. It had hit my car causing a lot of dammage. Is the store at fault, or do I have the door fixed using my insureance?

USAA trying to push claim to Total Loss

06 Scion XB first party accident. USAA is insurer. Some inflating of the repair estimate to get to a total loss by adding fog lights which my vehicle does not have, etc. On the total loss valuation, then they attempted to undervalue the vehicle by $1300 using the fraud of under grading the condition of my vehicle while using CCC guidelines that apply to higher grades. State guidelines specify when a monetary settlement is made and repairs exceed 75% of fair retail value equals total loss.
