I'm new to this forum so I apologize if I happen to post this in the wrong area. I'm in a pickle though and not sure how to solve it.

I filed a claim recently for some damages to my vehicle from road construction in my local area. The inspector came out and wrote up the estimate and sent it to the insurance company who is mailing the check.

I am in the market for a new car. Not sure what the make and model will be. Will the dealer provide 30-days of insurance coverage at the time of purchase?

I HAVE A 2005 CHEV CAVILER THAT WAS IN A TORNADO AND WAS A TOTAL LOSS CLAIMED THE HOOD, FINDER, AND GLASS WAS BLOWNED OUT AND ALSO HAIL DAMAGE THE INSURANCE COMP SOLD IT BACK TO ME AND I HAD IT ALL FIXED UP. EVEN A PAINT JOB. WHEN I WENT TO RENEW MY TAG I WAS TOLD I NEED TO SURENDER MY TITLE AND I COULDNT GET A TAG AND I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO EVEN DRIVE IT ON THE STREET. HOW CAN I GET A TITLE SINCE THIS CAR WASNT WRECKED?

I was involved in a wreck on New Year's Day this year, I was driving and someone pulled in front of me and t-boned me on drivers side. It was initally a hit and run but he was caught thanks to a witness. He also had suspended license, he spent 3 months in jail, It was not his vehicle but the owner did have insurance. My car was totaled. After a MRI was done , 2 bulging disc were confirmed , I've had 12 weeks of PT, 8 weeks of Chriopactor and and Epidural Steriod Injection done along with Steriod pills.

My insurance company seems to be stalling on a decision on a PIP claim i made for my son who was injured in a car accident. We both had Examination Under Oaths in early January and provided the documents requested during the EUO soon after.

It's March 25th now, is this a case of Bad Faith?

I do not know if this depends on which state you are in, but I was in an accident where I was found liable. I was taken to the hospital and released. The accident took place 11 days ago and the police report was available 4 days later. I was never cited for anything. Does this mean that if there was an investigation and the report is finished I should be ok? Or could I still be cited? I thought that most citations aregiven at the scene? I also went to the police station the next day to pick up paperwork and no citation was given to me at that time.

Hubby was in an accident. Somehow, they found it to be his fault and he is 100% liable. Our car is totalled and he was taken from the scene to a trauma center. He was out of work for about a week and is having concussion-like symptoms. The other car involved was barely hit, or should I say it was "brushed", not towed and driveable, and no one from the other party was taken to the hospital.

i just got terminated from my job. and i had just started financing a truck two weeks ago. totally unexpected

I work for a merchandise firm that deals in auto and my employer doesn't provide any sort of health insurance. Should I opt for COBRA? Is that something good for my condition?

If a Tennessee motorcycle policy reads "Cathy Marks AND Tobe Marks" shouldn't a claim check for the motorcycle be made payable to both even if the motorcycle is titled in the husband's name only?
