My medical bills are 150K and i lost 4K from missing work.

The at-fault driver has a BI of $100,000/$300,000

My insurance has $200,000 in PIP and $25,000 in UM.

What is the max I could receive?

Our son went off to college and his car was sold so they said we had to add him to our insurance and they tripled our insurance rate staing we had to pay occording to his age.If a 19 year old is a ocasional driver, and my wife is 58 and I am 54 why do we have to pay occording to our 19 year olds rates>?

If you had around 200K in total Medical bills, missed 2 months of work, and had a big scar on your stomach from surgery, how would you calcaulate pain and suffering?

Is pain and suffering only limited to BI limits and UM limits? Can you sue the not-fault driver? What if he has no assets?

Hi,

I had a car accident last summer in Florida while i was on vacation with my wife. We were in a rental car with my wife driving and the at-fault driver cut right infront our car while trying to make a u-turn on the main road.

Me and my wife were both hurt and brought to the hospital. I suffered the worst of it with stomach injuries that needed surgery.

The cop gave the at-fault driver a ticket for the accident and gave us a copy of the report at the hospital.

my friend ran my car into an a house and i was in it as well my insurance will not cover it because my friend is uninsured so is the damages on me because its my car or her because she was driving
