Is there any special form of coverage that I should buy if I set out for international travel? I intend to take a break soon for around 4 months.

My friend injured in accident on driving bike. I just wanted to know Is insurance company liable to pay medial bill if we claim for this or just pay for bike damage.

I was hit from behind. The damage was minimal to my car and we provided our insurance information to the officer. I called the lady's adjuster and he told me that she had no insurance at the time of the accident. That her policy had just lapsed. I do have non insured motorist insurance but I shouldn't have to pay for something that was not my fault. Is there anything I can do?

Can I not insure a car in my name, if the lienholder has the title? Or the insurance should have his name as well till the time the loan is paid off?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX in a good condition with 124000 miles on it. The car was in a minor accident in the neighbourhood when someone hit the car on the passenger sid when moving out a parallely parkedd car. The car has a dented front door on the passenger side. and a lot of scratches on thee side.

The damage is more cosmetic and everything else is perfect. However, due to the wide area of scrarches and the dent on the front door the cost of repair might cross the value of the car.

The car I am lien holder on has been wreaked and damaged several times, I have not received any payment either. If I repo the car is the buyers insurance responsible for fixing the car? And will I have to pay their deductable
