Had 2 tires from the set of 4 i boght from Sears on 10-10-10, require replacement.

Sears policy is that when a 4wd vehicle has a need for lessthan 4 tires to be replaced, the replacements must be identical to the set on the vehicle, and within 1/32" of the remaining 3 tires; or they refuse to install them.

Since mine were bought and had road hazard warranty which i paid $20 per tire to acquire, they had a duty to replace the tires.

So a friend and I went to a party on friday night. The party went on till about 4 am, at which time everyone fell asleep. The friend and I had both been drinking. He took the keys of a friend of ours, a girl, who was sleeping at the time. He drove himself home and I drove the car back, but ended up crashing it, but still managed to drive it back to its original destination. She filed a police report, but I still haven't been contacted by anyone. It is now tuesday, and I have no idea if this 17 year old's parents are going to press charges for us taking the vehicle.

Other driver deemed 100% at fault.

My car was totaled, my insurance paid claim and going after other ins. company.

My insurance has also paid all medical bills (which I will obviously have to repay to them) totaling ~$2000.

Went to ER after accident. Suffered broken rib along with some soft tissue injuries.

Adjuster for the at fault ins. carrier says the driver has 25/50 limits.

Adjuster states that she is waiting for authority approval which she should have within the next week or so.

Apparently Progressive and Farmers allow this, but I just spoke with an agent from another company and they said it's not allowed because there is no insurable interest since my son owns the car and it is registered and titled solely in his name.

I spoke to two different people at Progressive, one person at Farmers, and both said yes, even though this is the case I can insure his vehicle since we live in the same household.

I did receive the claim money for a rear-end accident, but didn't do the repairs as the damages were minimal. Now, my son (who is listed) has been in an accident today. Is there any chance that the insurer may deny to pay for the second claim or ask about the previous damages, why I didn't do the repairs and all?

I recently got rear ended by a women. Because of a fear of driving, I was very hysterical and afraid because of the fact that I didn't have car inurance. She asked for my drivers license and I gave it to her but when I asked for hers she didn't give it to me. She rammed into me pretty bad but her car got the most damage, her hood was bent and the front was pretty much cracked.

If I move out of state for an uncertain time period, say for 6 to 8 months or max 1 year, do I need to change my license, tags and insurance? Will my existing policy not offer the coverage? It's up for renewal within 2 months. Should I let it continue?

What is the benefit (if any) of uninsured/under-insured motorist coverage if I already have collision insurance and $100K + 1M extraordinary medical/PIP coverage from my auto insurance policy in Pennsylvania, with the Limited Tort (not Full Tort) option?

Is there a time limit in NY State on reporting a one car accident with no injuries or property damage involved. Only damage was to my truck when I fishtailed into a guardrail. No passengers, no other vehicle, just me and the guardrail and it suffered no damage.

I am planning to set up a business as a distresses vehicle transporter. What form of coverage will I need? Should I look for a dealer insurance?
