My son and his wife have been separated repeatedly. She kept the car in question that was totalled by her father. The insurance has settled and now requires both signatures and the bank will not deposit with out them. We've tried to do a deposit only by myself - they would not accept even after telling me on the phone they would. She is pretty much refusing to sign it because she is obviously wanting the check. They are both strong willed and I've suggested splitting it but theres no give between them.

I have been driving for 40 years. No tickets or accidents since 1995, until a few months ago. A taxi hit me in 1995.

A few months ago I backed up hitting my neighbors car which was in the street.
No damage to my 20 year old Thunderbird. Only $700.00 damage to my neighbors car which my insurance covered. I was not ticketed for the accident.

Now my insurance company that I have been with for years has doubled my rates.

I thought my insurance would go up slightly but NOT doubled.

Does a job change affect your auto insurance policy? Do I need to inform my agent if I shift company or profession?

I hold a WA DL and work in OR. I had a fender bender while uninsured. I just got notice my license is suspended from OR. Very minimal damage to other car that i am paying for on pmt plan. I am now insured. Where do i try to fix the situation WA or OR ?

I need an insurance company that insures dealer plates in Massachusetts. I have 2 plates and am currently with Commerce Insurance. ( rates are too high ). Thanks.

Hi...I have a few questions...at this point I am not real far along in my case, so I'm not wanting to ask the attorney. My entire family was involved in a car accident on Xmas Eve. In addition to everything, my airbags didn't go off as they should have but that is a separate issue. As far as injuries, I am looking at herniated discs in my neck and back along with a nasty headache that has not gone away yet. My husband has a possible herniated disc in his back (but there has been a previous injury) and a possible torn meniscus or another ligament in his knee.

I am 25, on my parents policy, and over the weekend I received a DUI. I know my insurance rates will sky rocket but will it also affect theirs as well? If so I will instruct them to immediately drop me and remove my vehicle before I go to court next month.

I was injured the othe day. I sprained my neck, shoulder and back. The doctor told me that I have arthritis in my neck. Will this affect the settlement at all?

1.) recently hit something underneath the car. the fuel tank is damaged and leaking fuel bad also I believe the oil pan sprung a hole and is leaking.

Only have liability, but just put comprehensive on it the night that it happened. so will this cover that? or do I need collision as it was something in the road I believe a metal tube or part of something on the thruway popped up underneath.

I have been independant for 15 years and want to get back into insurance but not sales. I have a business finance degree any advice about underwriting. My sister was an underwriter for st paul and made $125,000 a year but she is a genius.
