Back 04/2011 I had an at fault accident. The person I hit has been paid. 5/2011 I received a check for 1.624.00, I called and talked to my adj. She assured me it was for me. I called again as I was getting ready to go to a check cashing place and I spoke to a different adjuster and she also assured me the check was in fact mine for bodily injury. I told her I would feel better talking to my adjuster signed to my case. I later got my call back and she re-assured it was for me for bodily injury I may have latter down the road. the next day went to check cashing place.

geico client hit my car on jan.28. we didnt ins. info. so i contacted my ins. they repaited my car. after i received accident report i contacted geico , they recorded my statement and was supposed to get statemnt from customer but she never called . although they have helped more than my own ins. co i really ned my car and their customer isnt cooperating

I want to earn a better income. I want to sell insurance. I would like to know what type of insurance I should sell that is easiest and quickest to get into? As well as how much it will cost to get the license as well as where I should get to get the license? Also how much does it cost to get the license? Also is there any thing else I need to consider? I sold my car to a relative at a discounted price. The amount owed on the car loan was $4,000 dollars on a $7,000 dollar loan. The car was totaled, and insurance paid $9,000. The car was insured by the new owner, does he get the extra $2,000 since the car was valued at $9,000?

My mother recently passed away, she was the beneficiary of my Father's IRA/Retirement plan,( he passed away in 2008). We were told not to accept the benefits from the plan since she was on Medicaid and they would confiscate the value of the Plan anyway, so when my mother passed her heirs would have some estate value. What are the Medicaid rules on this? Can the distribution be taken now to her estate, and be passed on to her children, or will it still go to the State?

Is insurance issued to a driver or for the car? I want to go on a long vacation on road, and don't want to take my own car. So will my present insurer cover the rental too or I have to get a separate rental?

Does PPI takes into consideration if child is critically ill? I got PPI for myself, but I'm unable to go to work as of now since I have to be with 9 years old daughter. She's in hospital and under constant medical supervision.

I have already posted here about how I recieved a check 04/2011 had it authorized to cashed it by 4 people. now I am summons to court. Cant afford a lawyer.
My question is can I call the insurance company and as for the recordings of the adjusters that gave me the authorizations?
Also the accident was mine, the summons is in Dans name (husband) is there a form i need to fill out to speak for my husband in court as he is not good at this at all.
Is there any forms I need to fill out before going to court.
Any pointers Is greatly appreciated.
