Am in New Mexico and want to step into the insurance industry. Can anyone help me with the preparation? Suggest an online pre-licensing course which can help me with the test.

Back 04/2011 I had an at fault accident. The person I hit has been paid. 5/2011 I received a check for 1.624.00, I called and talked to my adj. She assured me it was for me. I called again as I was getting ready to go to a check cashing place and I spoke to a different adjuster and she also assured me the check was in fact mine for bodily injury. I told her I would feel better talking to my adjuster signed to my case. I later got my call back and she re-assured it was for me for bodily injury I may have latter down the road. the next day went to check cashing place.

I have been on the computer for days looking for information to be more informed about this field.

Thinking about making a LLC or Corp just for the purpose placing one of my cars in the LLC/Corp and insuring it for my 16 year old son to drive.

Anyone ever do this?

I involved in an auto accident and other driver was at falut. Other driver insurance estimated the car damage and given $18300 as repair cost and told that it is totalled. Since other driver has only $25k limit they asked me to go through my insurance as my car value is more than $25k. But my insurance estimated as $16400 and since it is not reaching 80% threshold limit they asked me to go for repair. And body shop started repair and after two months final amount is exceding $19200. At this point also my insurance is saying it is not totalled. Can you guys help me on this

How is it my fault if my girlfriend has a suspended license? My auto insurer is refusing to renew my policy, unless she's excluded. Why so?

ssdi backpay.

I received my ssdi award letter. I know my first check will come on February 13, 2013. I have backpay coming but i dont know when. does anybody know how long it takes for that backpay check to arrive after getting your first ssdi check?
