I was involved in an auto accident which resulted in being hospitalized. I am now being billed by the hospital.

Rather than having Geico, the insurance company pay the hospital direct, is it possible for Geico to pay or reimburse the policy holder instead of the hospital or medical provider?

So I am listed as a lienholder on the title of a car in New York, because I was supposed to get repayment on the vehicle. I became the lien holder about five years ago. I was never repayed and since then the vehicle has been reregistered and retitled, but I still remained the lien holder. The car was recently totaled and the insurance company paid the actual cash value to only the insured and not to me. I was pretty sure there were laws against that in New York. The ins company realized they made an error, but are unsure yet of what they will do to compensate me.

I was a passenger in a no fault to my driver accident. We were hit at a red light when the other driver hit us on the side. I got a masssive cut requiring 17 staples to my head. I now have some short term memory problems and my back has been severly messed up ever since. My atty said i wouldnt get nothing for my back because we cant prove an injury like that. I have payed out of pocket for all my dr visits and i have no med insurance at all so getting help i need hasnt been easy at all i still take meds 4 different ones a day. It has almost been a year already.

How long can an insurance drag you through the demand phase til they pay?

I received a letter from a subrogation company representing my neighbor's auto insurer. They are requesting payment for damage done to my neighbor's car. My neighbor claims my dog scratched his car. I have spoken with both companies and I have not received any proof of my neighbor's claim. He even told me he did not see it happen. The neighbor also has two large dogs that run free. I do not feel that I am liable for the damage. Should I respond to this letter? If so, how do I respond?

Was involves in a head on collision in Utah of 2006 had a 2002 Toyota Tacoma I had made 2 years if payments to bank of America they were the lueholder in 2006 I was UN the accident not at fault I had full coverage on the truck the other Guy at fault was double covered long story short I believe the attorney in Washington that I hired git payment from the at fault diver never paid me! My insurance farmers made 2 checks one for me and one for Mr and the bank of America!

Last April my boyfriend drove my car while he was drinking, he also did not have a license . I was gone and he called and I told him to take my car back to the house, he did not. He wrecked it into another car. My car was damaged at 6,000 dollars. My insurance paid for the damages but took him to court and he has to pay them back. We both just got a notice in the mail, one in his name and one in mine. It is from the other person's insurance, actually like a collection agency for them. Anyways it says on both that the total owed is 32,000 for damages to the other car.

The insurer is askng for a in-person recorded statement after my vehicle was smashed on the road? Should I go for the EUO or seek legal help?

I had been driving my employer's vehicle with him beside me. Got into an accident on the highway, with the other car being totaled. How will it affect my insurance ?
