Parked car hit by drunk rental bus driver

My 2011 Rav4 was hit along with 4 other parked cars by a rented bus. The driver was arrested for DUI and list of other charges. He plead guilty to DUI and failing to report an accident.

The book value on the Rav4 is $28K and damage was $13K. I went through my own collision for the repairs. I wanted to ask for some advice about a diminished value claim against the at fault insurance company and if that is possible now because I went through my collision coverage for the repair.

Hi All,
I have a policy on an rv and when I purchased the policy 5 years ago I requested the the rv be covered for the purchase price of 62k. My policy says actual cash value unless otherwise stated and it shows the 62k under the covered rv. Well I had an accident and they( aaa ins) determined total loss and told me actual cash value is all they will pay because it may have been worth 62k new but not now, and that my stated value is incorrect, so actual cash value or else.
So the 62000 dollar question is are they treating me right? do I have any recourse?
Thanks

Is deductible charged for every accident?

Do I have to pay deductible every time I make a car insurance claim? I had been in an accident once, and had to claim for collision damages. I had to pay for the deductible then and my rates have also increased.
