They were making a left turn with no turn signal and they didn't brake to let me know they were turning when i saw what they were doing I hit the brakes and slid into them police say they were gonna turn it into the traffic bureau but the owner called and said his son was driving his car and he wanted to take us to small claims court but he was not involved in the accident can he take us even though he was not there

My car was hit by a woman who ran a red light she "t-boned" my car.. This is her fault 100%. I have a 98 toyata camry with over 100,000 miles, the blue book value is around 2400. I was not having to make any payments on my car nor did I have to have full coverage insurance. My car was very reliable and ran very good. What are my options if her insurance only wants to give me 2400 or less? I'm not expecting a brand new car but I won't be able to get a car like mine for that amount.

How much should the value of a rare "R-Option" 1996 Miata be reduced because it has a Reconstructed title. Accident was not MY fault, but her insurance company wants to significantly derate the value of the settlement because of the R-title.

I was t-boned (100% other driver's fault) 2 years ago. $3900 in damage to car his insurance paid. Have been treated for soft tissue injury to my neck/shoulder. Had MRI, xrays and no cervical damage. Have had 2 rounds of PT & therapeutic massage. Keep getting a knot in shoulder/neck area that has to be massaged out - usually 2 trips to PT. This will be chronic for rest of life - myofascial pain syndrome. I have paid $1000 for copays and deductible. Is $3000 a fair settlement offer?
